Q. How can a company contract a booth for SupplyExpo?
A.

An account manager can be contacted directly to assist you with booth selection; or you may fill out an application and exhibit space contract and return it with a deposit to our offices immediately following the current show. We will assign booths first-come, first-served. Please call 866.458.4935, or 303.390.1776 to be connected to your area's Account Manager.

Q. When is my booth deposit due?
A.

Forty percent of the total exhibit space rental fee is due by 4/12/10. The balance is due on 11/19/10. After 11/19/10 full payment is due at the time you contract your space. Your booth is contracted once your Exhibit Space Contract or proxy form is signed and exhibit space is allocated.

Q. Where can I find information about a la carte tours, speakers, and educational sessions?
A.

Q. Is there an extra charge to attend Educational sessions, or the Keynote?
A.

No, all attendees and exhibitors may attend the educational sessions and keynote.

Q. If I registered for SupplyExpo can I attend the Nutracon Sessions?
A.

SupplyExpo attendees may upgrade their registration to attend the Nutracon sessions. Please go to www.nutraconference.com for more information.
As an added benefit for exhibiting at SupplyExpo, exhibitors are eligible to upgrade their badge to attend Nutracon at a discounted rate. You will be able to upgrade during the exhibitor badge registration process for your show.

Q. I want to be a speaker! How can I be included in your program?
A.

To determine the type of seminar that is appropriate for you download the proper Proposal forms. Proposals may be submitted to the Education Manager at proposal@newhope.com.

Q. Oh no! I missed a session I really wanted to attend. What can I do?
A.

All of the New Hope sessions and most of the Exhibitor Presented Seminars are available for download after the show, on the Natural Products Expo website.

Q. Can children attend educational sessions?
A.

Children are allowed to attend educational sessions if they are accompanied by an adult at all times. All children must have appropriate show badges. Keep in mind the educational sessions are primarily an adult environment. Please use your discretion and be considerate of your fellow attendees.The use of noisy electronic games or music players is prohibited.

Q. Will handouts be available at the sessions?
A.

While many speakers like to use handouts, some do not. If the speaker provides a handout to us, it will be available for download after the show on the Natural Products Expo website.

Q. Can anyone attend the Expo?
A.

SupplyExpo is a trade show and is not open to the general public. for information on who is eligible and what business proof is acceptable please review the Admission policies.

Q. May children attend the show?
A.

Children may attend the show when the show floor is open, however, children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the show floor during Exhibitor Move-In and Move-Out hours. Please refer to the show policies regarding registering children. Strollers are not allowed at the Expo and can be checked at coat check. Childcare is available at many of the area hotels.

Q. How many samples can I take from the show floor?
A.

Each attendee is permitted to exit the show floor with one sample bag per day. It has been determined from both attendee and exhibitor feedback that one sample bag per day is sufficient enough to bring home product and literature from the show floor. Additional bags will be donated to the local food banks and charities. Complete listing of show policies.

Q. Why can't I bring my rolling cart on the show floor?
A.

For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, strollers and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show floor hours, except where such carts or bags are a medical necessity. A Coat Check is available at the convention center to store these items. Complete listing of show policies.

Q. How do I obtain an invitation letter in order to get my visa to enter the United States?
A.

To request a visa letter you must first register to attend SupplyExpo. Upon completion of your registration you will be able to request a visa letter on the registration confirmation page. A.

Whether the objective of your show is to educate attendees on our science, launch a new product line, or dominate the category, your booth space is only the start of your company’s ability to draw attention to your products or services.
